Summer so far!

Summer vacation was kicked off in Boston for us which was PERFECT!

Once we got back from Boston we flew over to Dallas and teamed up with Walker Hayes and The Craig Foundation to give away a CAR to someone so deserving. Bryce and I got to serve him his meal at Applebees which was SO fun!! It was one of the coolest experiences we’ve ever had and I’m so thankful we were able to give back.

Huntington Beach

At the end of June, we went down to Huntington Beach and spent some time over there at one of our favorite hotels, the Pasea!! It’s such a great location!! Right across from the beach and is connected to Pacific City which is an outdoor shopping area with some food places!! We ate some old favs and new favs! If you’re there you have to check out The Brandt Kitchen + Bar, Ola’s Mexican Kitchen, and Sandbar!

For the 4th of July we always spend it in Bakersfield with our family!!

Sam, Chan and the kids came to Bakersfield and spent the 4th with us. We went over to Britt and Chad's house for food, drinks and spent time in the pool with our fam and friends. We were supposed to go to the lake at the end of the week, but the debris was kinda crazy in the lake so we ended up going to Pismo Beach for a couple days and I was so excited to show Sam's fam one of our fav little beach spots! It was so relaxing and the weather was so much cooler than Bako which was a nice change!

BRUMATE

When we got back from Pismo we went up to the lake house for a couple days and shot my collection with BRUMATE… can you believe it? I’m so excited for it to launch in August! The first portion launches August 1st and the second August 9th so stay tuned!

After that we went to Pismo for a couple days, it really is one of our fav places!

We finally got to try Giuseppe’s in Pismo, and Beachin’ biscuits and they were both SO SO GOOD!! From there we went to the Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles! Boss + I love fairs so much so it’s one of our fav summer memories. We always stay at the Cava resort because they have RV parking so my mom, Dad, Britt and Chad bring their trailers and camp there, and we rent one of their Rental Chateau. They have a huge pool area, splash pad and an arcade so it’s really fun for the kids!! We saw Luke in concert over there and his ENERGY is seriously the BEST. He puts on such a great concert so we are so glad we went!! Would definitely see him again!!

Summer is seriously our favorite time with the kids and it’s going by too quickly. We’re trying to soak up every moment because I can’t believe they are already almost back to school in less than a month!!
