Spring Break Bliss

Sunshine, salty air, and a whole lot of sand in every crack possible HAHAHA!! Spring Break in Siesta Key was EVERYTHING we needed and more! We absolutely LOVE Florida, and Siesta Key stole my heart with its white sand, bright blue waves, and chill vibes that just make you forget about the kraziness in everyday life!!

The Perfect Place

A huge thank you to Vunique Vacations for setting us up in the most perfect vacation rental! It had everything we needed—it slept 18 people, which was great because we had fam with us!! An amazing backyard with the coolest pool and… A WATERSLIDE!!! We really could have just stayed at the house the entire time, it felt like its own resort!! The location of the house was so great, and so close to a lot of places! It felt like home, only better (with palm trees!).

Days Done Right

Siesta Beach is just SO pretty. We spent hours basking in the sun and swimming at the house. One day, we chartered a boat from Kokomo. We had Captain Luke, and he cruised us around, and we spent the day out on the Gulf. We had so much fun!!! What really made this trip even more special was having our family there. Watching the kids swim, fish, and just be KIDS. Family trips and making memories together, especially during spring break, are so important. These are the moments we’ll look back on, and I’m so glad we got to soak it in as a family.

Cruisin’ Around in Style

One of the most convenient things ever was renting the street-legal golf carts from ZoomAround Golf Carts. They dropped it off and picked it up at our place, which made getting around the island so easy and convenient. It was fun, stress-free, and got us around where we needed to be.

Where We Ate

Captain Curt’s: Right across the street from the beach, this spot has fun, beachy vibes! The food was decent.
Spearfish Grille: Total island vibes here—and the food was so good!!
Cafe Gabbiano: This cute little Italian food place. We really liked it, the food was so good!
Daiquiri Deck: If you're in Siesta Key, you have to stop here for the drinks, especially the Banana Slider (that was my fav). The food was okay.
Summer House: This was a great steakhouse, the food was really good here!!

The Vibe

Everyone was in spring break mode—happy, relaxed, and ready to soak up the sun. The weather was perfect!! Siesta Key, you gave us more than a tan!! You gave us one of the best spring breaks we’ve ever had!!!
