Stop and smell the...perfume this Mother's Day
I have alwaaaaays considered Mother's Day as one of the most important holidays. I mean, come on, ONE day to honor the person in your life that does the most for you and gave you life?! It's the least we can do! I know for my mom, she deserves 366 days of the year to be celebrated!
I know almost everyone says they have the best mom but I truly believe I lucked out. As soon as my mom became a mother, her whole life focused around us. I don't remember a time my mom hasn't been there for me (I mean there were plenty of high school days I wished she wasn't 'there' so much lol). But in all seriousness, now I understand why she did everything she did. Still to this day, she doesn't miss a beat. She knows everything going on in my life, checks in on me, and is there for it all. I just really hope her natural ability to be the best mom rubbed off on me!
Mother's Day is about so much more than gifts but it sure can help out a little to show the mom in your life how much you love and appreciate them.
