Pismo Beach
Things To Do In Or Around Pismo Beach, California!!
Pismo Beach, California, is one of our favorite spots on the Central Coast! It’s got the perfect mix of beach days, ocean views, great restaurants, and outdoor adventures. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway, a family vacation, or just a quick day trip, there’s always something fun to do in and around Pismo Beach.
Start your trip at the Pismo Beach Pier and Promenade. It’s the best place to walk, shop, grab lunch, and of course, get ice cream or a famous cinnamon roll from Old West Cinnamon Rolls. Spend the morning at Pismo State Beach soaking up the sun (or the fog if you’re lucky enough to get those cozy misty beach mornings).
My family usually stays at Pismo Coast Village in their RV, and we stay in a nearby hotel so everyone’s close (literally everywhere is walking distance there. Pismo and Oceano are known for the Oceano Dunes, where you can drive ATVs or your own 4x4 on the beach.
