I swear the most stressful question for most moms every single day is…what are we having for dinner?? Just really good dinners that everyone actually eats…which honestly is the biggest win. It’s perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes…and feels like comfort food with almost no effort. Please note we used protein noodles instead of regular to add some extra protein for the fam.
Also, we made this on the stovetop too, and it was really easy!!
